Free Shipping
FREE GROUND SHIPPING on any order of $150 or more (standard UPS ground shipping).
Orders totaling less than $150 will have shipping charges calculated in your cart and checkout.

This chart does not include shipping on tubs and whirlpools, shipping costs for them are product specific.
Customers outside of the U.S. or Canada must email or call for a shipping quote.
Delivery Time
If the item is in stock when the order is placed you should receive the order within 2-7 business days. It is important to understand that delivery times can vary. This is because we are dependent on outside delivery agents such as UPS who do not guarantee their delivery schedules.
Please do not schedule contractors until your products arrive. WSCdirect will never be responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, and we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated. That being said, we strive to provide accurate lead times and timely updates should any lead time estimate change. We value our customers, appreciate their business, and will do everything in our power to serve you well.
Items Not In Stock
If you order an item that is not in stock then we will contact you via email within 48 hours of the order being placed. The email will contain an estimated delivery date, and an explanation for the delay.
Product Price, Description, & Color Accuracy
We take measures to ensure that our web site reflects accurate product information and pricing, sometimes an error can appear on the site. We are not responsible for errors found on the site.
Sales Tax
Pennsylvania residents are subject to state sales tax of 6.00%.
International Customers
International customers are responsible for any taxes or duty fees that may apply.
Warranty Information
All warranties provided by the manufacturers of the material purchased hereunder are extended to buyer and no further warranties or indemnification is provided by Seller. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS.
Tracking an Order
You will receive an email notification with shipper and tracking information once your order is shipped.

Damage, Defect or Shipping Error Claim
Shipping damage to small freight items must be claimed within 1 business day of delivery. Customer must call the delivering company (UPS 1-800-pick-ups) and file a damage claim. UPS will then contact us and we will have a replacement shipped to you if one is available. If a replacement is not available in a suitable time-frame your money will be refunded.
Damage to heavy freight items must be claimed at the time of delivery. If damage is not reported at that time, we are not responsible if the freight company will not cover the damage.
Defective products or shipping errors must be reported within 3 business days. Please open the package and check your order to see if it was picked correctly(it only takes a few seconds). We do the best we can to make sure your order is accurate but mistakes sometimes happen and we are glad to fix them at our cost.
Returns, order cancellation
If your order has not been shipped you may change or cancel your order at anytime. Once it has been shipped, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee(MINIMUM $10 CHARGE) for any items that are not defective or damaged during shipping. Special or custom orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing the order. No returns or exchanges are allowed on special or custom orders beyond the first 24 hours of placing your order.
No returns on plumbing fittings, pipe and household cleaners. Pumps and any electronic items can not be returned if the box has been opened.
Absolutely no returns after 30 days, no exceptions.
Do not write on the product box, only write on packaging boxes, if an item is return with writing on it we will not accept it and there will be no refund.
Store Pick-up
We do not allow in-store pick-up for online sales. We do invite customers to come in and see our showroom but cannot guarantee the same pricing.
Clearance
Clearance pricing is available only to in stock items.
